The following is a brief outline of our various shipping options for standard game room products. Please note that certain items in our inventory may be exclusively available for curbside delivery.
Each individual product page on our website will display the applicable shipping options under the “Shipping Information” tab, with pricing calculated based on weight during checkout. For all shipping methods, please ensure the delivery address is accessible to an 18-wheeler freight truck. In the event a smaller truck is needed, kindly specify this preference at the time of placing your order. We kindly request that you thoroughly inspect your items upon delivery and promptly report any damages to us in the presence of the shipper.
Shipping Method Descriptions
Curbside Delivery – Pricing based on weight. Item(s) will be delivered on a pallet, either in a box or placed in a driveway, and can be transported to a garage using a pallet jack (assuming no stairs or gravel surfaces). For commercial building deliveries, items will be placed in front of the building or taken to a loading dock.
Inside Delivery, No Assembly – 18 Wheeler Accessible – Pricing based on weight. Item(s) will be transported inside the home or building and placed in the room of your choice. However, items will not be unboxed, unwrapped, or assembled. During checkout, please specify if stairs are needed to reach the final destination.
Inside Delivery, No Assembly – 18 Wheeler NOT Accessible – Pricing based on weight, plus an additional $400 small truck fee. Item(s) will be transported inside the home or building and placed in the room of your choice. However, items will not be unboxed, unwrapped, or assembled. During checkout, please specify if stairs are needed to reach the final destination.
Inside Delivery, With Assembly – 18 Wheeler Accessible – Pricing based on weight. Item(s) will be brought inside the home or building and placed in the room of your choice. Our team will provide up to 30 minutes of light assembly. For pinball machines, legs will be attached, and the backbox will be hinged, but the balls will not be installed. Please indicate during checkout if stairs are required to reach the final destination.
