Return & Refund Policy at High Score Heaven
These policies are designed to ensure you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures.
30-Day Return Policy
If you wish to return an item for a refund, please notify us within 30 days of delivery via email at support@highscoreheaven.com. For defective products, please send us a picture of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will then arrange for the courier to collect the item, and we will cover all associated costs. We will send you a new item at no additional cost, or if you prefer a refund, we will refund the entire order amount to the original payment method.
If you ordered the wrong product and wish to exchange it, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Non-defective product returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs in these cases.

- Once we receive the returned product, we will refund the order amount to the original payment method.
- Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods until your claim is processed.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at support@highscoreheaven.com or call us at +1 (503) 446-1338. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged and Wrong Products or Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 24 hours) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action. To return your product, please contact us. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location (estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 days)
Exchanges

Restocking Fee
Returns and exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee. We cover the costs associated with repackaging, processing, and restocking the returned item at no additional charge. Orders canceled before shipping will also not incur a cancellation fee.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please allow this time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Refund Period
Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned goods. The refund is immediately issued to your original payment method upon our receipt of the returned item; however, it may take 5-10 business days for your bank to process and post the transaction.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
